We have been carrying out regular mechanical maintenance work in petrochemical, process, production and manufacturing industries in New Mangalore for the past 10 years or so.

BLASTING
Blasting work using Copper slag, Metal Grit, Sand, Vapour Blasting Etc as per the surface preparation standard/paint scheme required by the client . We have Certified Compressors along with Blasting hoppers for carrying out the blasting work. We have all necessary PPE and tools related to Blasting.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND COATING
Surface preparation is carried out by chipping, wire brushing, by using buffing machine as per the paint scheme and surface preparation standard required by the client. Coating work carried out by using certifed Airless Spray machines, Brushes, rollers Etc as per the paint scheme provided by the clients. We have competent Supervisors and Painters with in-depth knowledge of the surface preparation and coating work for planning and execution of the work.
SCAFFOLDING
We have our own stock of Scaffolding materials as per the relevant IS standard required to undertake scaffolding work. We carry out scaffolding erection work for various maintenance work in all kinds of industries which includes Shutdown maintenance, Surface preparation and coating work, Heater Tube cleaning, Stack paining, Tank maintenance/blasting/painting work etc.
